From W-2 Employee To Full-Time Multifamily Investor With Anthony Toth

On this 223rd episode of Discovering Multifamily, Anthony Toth joins us as the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Dynasty Investment Partners. 

Anthony has more than a decade of experience, knowledge and expertise in the commercial real estate industry. He began his professional career filling property management and asset management roles working for one of the nation’s leading multi-family and commercial real estate investment and property management companies. The experience that he gained early on in his professional career allowed him to build a foundation of knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate starting at the ground level, learning the ins-and-outs of commercial buildings across all major asset classes. 

In summary, Anthony was responsible for directing the performance of a portfolio consisting of more than 4,000 multi-family apartment units along with a separate portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet of commercial office and retail space throughout the United States.

Beginning in 2015 through the summer of 2020, Anthony joined a private equity real
estate investment firm where he directed the operation of multiple investment funds
comprised of more than 3 million square feet of industrial, flex, multi-tenant office,
and multi-family assets. It was during this time that his passion and prowess of real estate investing grew exponentially, and where the goal of building his own portfolio
truly began. During his time at the firm, Anthony directed the management of acquisitions and dispositions, built and then led the property management arm of the company, managed sales & leasing efforts, and ran ground up development projects from securing city approvals, to design, leasing and construction of commercial real estate, all while ensuring that investors’ return criteria was undoubtedly satisfied. Since 2015, Anthony has been involved in more than $300 million of commercial real
estate transactions and projects.

Fast forward to today, Anthony considers the creation of Dynasty Investment Partners with Riaz Sheriff to be the most thrilling accomplishment of his professional career thus far. The passion he pours into the company is unrivaled, and the company’s mission of being the most trusted commercial real estate investment firm on the planet is something that he strives for every day.

Anthony graduated from the University of Michigan in 2011 where he was a four-year Letter-Winner, two-time Big Ten Conference Champion, and Captain of the varsity baseball team. He is beyond thankful for the loving support of his family including his wife, Nicole, and their two beautiful daughters, Ana and Adelina.
